ABOUT:
I was introduced to the art world of glass while living in
Eugene, Oregon in 1996. In the spring of 1997, I started selling pieces made by
other glass artists. Initially, my travels took me from Alaska to southern
California. I made my way back to the East coast and spent a year concentrating
on the glass market there and in the Midwest. My friends finally persuaded me to
go back to Oregon and learn how to blow glass myself. Thank you Friends!
In February of 1999, I bought my first torch. I worked two jobs to support
myself while I learned the basics of my art. Within a few short months, I moved
to North Carolina where I was able to support myself solely as a glass artist. I
spent almost five years in North Carolina, soaking up the many awesome artistic
influences there. Thank you, North Carolina!
I currently reside in Western New York, although I can be found selling my glass
art at many festivals and shows. Thank you for your interest in my artwork!
